The reason we are going to make sausage and peppers is, we are outside the Lincoln's Philadelphia today where the Eagles are going to playing the Washington Redskins on Monday Night Football. Everybody knows the Washington Redskins are called the Hawks. So heres what youre going need to get started. You need a 12 inch pan with a lid, two cups of red peppers, two cups of green peppers, two cups of onions, three pounds of sausage, a teaspoon of oregano and half a teaspoon of black pepper. As you can see, I cut everything up yesterday, put it in freezer bags, put it in the cooler, packed it all and nice, so we would be ready to go, and now we are.
