Hi, I am Dan with the Tailgating pros and my partner and I run a website where you can buy everything you need for the outdoor party. I have a degree in Restaurant Management and I have worked in prep and banquet kitchens for 15 years. I have also been tailgating for 25 years. Today I am going to show you how to make, sausage and peppers.

The reason we are going to make sausage and peppers is, we are outside the Lincoln's Philadelphia today where the Eagles are going to playing the Washington Redskins on Monday Night Football. Everybody knows the Washington Redskins are called the Hawks. So heres what youre going need to get started. You need a 12 inch pan with a lid, two cups of red peppers, two cups of green peppers, two cups of onions, three pounds of sausage, a teaspoon of oregano and half a teaspoon of black pepper. As you can see, I cut everything up yesterday, put it in freezer bags, put it in the cooler, packed it all and nice, so we would be ready to go, and now we are.
