We have a flour to dredge the Tilapia in. We have Tilapia filets, we have a nice tomato here, we have some ingredients for garnishing the plate afterwards. We have butter, don't use all of it and we have capers and salt, pepper, olive oil and we have cellophane noodles and you can get these at any Asian market.
We need a colander for drainer the pasta, a pot filled with water for the pasta and a small saut pan to saut the Tilapia. You would also need a fairly large cutting board and a very sharp knife.
