Jim Davis: Hi, Chef, Jim Davis here for Harris Teeter. I am going to show you now how to peel and pit a cling peach. Cling peach meaning that the peach fruit clings tightly to the seed. We are going to first cut it in half, by going around the equator with our knife, and then we peel the peach with that peeler. You can also peel it with paring knife if you'd like, I find a little easier to peel with a peeler. And then we take our knife and we cut down along to the seed. And we cut it against the seed again, and take off our fruit. It's almost impossible to remove seed from a cling peach. So this is the only way to do it, and get nice slices of fresh summer peaches and there you have it. That's how you slice a fresh peach.
