Jim Davis: Hi! Chef Jim Davis here for Harris Teeter. I am going to show you now a different to seed and peel a cantaloupe. First of all, we are going to cut the cantaloupe in half, right down through the middle, with a long sharp knife. Taking your spoon, we will pull out all of the seeds, okay.
Now, we have got all of the seeds out of our cantaloupe. Now we are going to take it and cut it into slices first into quarters, then into eighths just like that. We will set our cantaloupe down and taking a knife, we will start just --we want to cut just inside the green line on the cantaloupe -- see that. That's the way to seed and peel a cantaloupe.
