Host: If Im not physically active, how do I start?
Sarah Alligood: We might be surprised to find out that just to start to get active you dont have to go and buy a gym membership, you dont have to buy a bunch of expensive exercise equipment. Basically, all you need to do is choose an activity that you like to do. You dont even have to start out doing 30 minutes a day. You can try to do intervals where maybe you do 10 minutes at one time, later on in the day you can squeeze in 10 more minutes and get your 30 minutes that way. But the most important thing is that you are choosing something thats easy for you to do and that you are going to be successful with, maybe if you get movies by mail you can have one of them be an exercise DVD.
