Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

    This delicious cranberry sauce recipe is super easy in the Instant Pot! And it doesn't take up any valuable stove-top space this Thanksgiving!

    The Recipe

    Prep Time: 5 mins
    Cook Time: 15 mins
    Yields: 1 cup


    • 12 oz cranberries
    • 2 1/2 tsp orange zest
    • Juice of 1 orange (about 1/4 cup)
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • salt
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp ginger


    1. Wash the cranberries, removing stems
    2. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 10 oz cranberries, orange zest, honey, orange juice, and cinnamon to Instant Pot, reserving 3/4 cup of sugar and 2 oz cranberries
    3. Close lid and pressure cook at High Pressure for 1 minute + 7 minutes natural pressure release. Open lid carefully.
    4. Set Instant Pot to Saute. Stir and break the cranberries with a wooden spoon. Add in the remaining cranberries and 3/4 cup white sugar and stir.
    5. Add a pinch of salt and taste. Add more sugar if desired.
