Sarah Alligood: So its definitely important to eat right and to be active, but its also really important to plan for these things. If you haven't - if you dont have foods around you that could be included in your balanced eating plan, then how are you going to follow it? For example, if you have a hard time maybe fitting in fruits, putting on your grocery list to get a certain amount of fruits maybe a fruit for each day of the week; then go ahead and having those available is going to be really important. Now some other things that are important as well and really just taking good care of yourself, making sure that you are getting enough sleep. If you are not getting enough sleep at night then you are increased risk for being overweight and other health problems. Also, try in to decrease your stress levels. I know that things can be really crazy and stress levels can get pretty high, but just trying to take care of yourself and do whats best for you to keep your stress levels as low as you can.
