Tracee is a member of the American Dietetic Association and Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Nutrition in Complementary Care and Weight Management practice groups. She is also a member of the American Botanical Society and a member of the Haworth School Wellness Committee and Action For Healthy Kids.

Tracee Yablon Brenner: Skipping meals is not a good way to lose weight because you are very hungry if you a skip a meal, then you tend to eat more. It's best after sleeping a good seven to eight hours to have breakfast, to refuel your body, you need to have some proteins to get you moving, give you some energy carbohydrates will give you a lot of energy. It's very important to eat consistently, because you need to get your metabolism going to lose weight. If you skip meals, you will tend to eat more because you will be starved.
