Host: Is there a magic number that is my ideal weight?
Sarah Alligood: There is not one magic number that would be your perfect weight. There is a actually a nice range of weights where you could fall in and be considered healthy. Now you probably realize that your weight does change a little bit on the day to day basis. You might be surprised to know that it even changes within one day. There are fluctuations that are result of for example, if you have your hydration status is different, the food you eat, so it does change. So dont be alarmed if your weight is changing a little bit here and there. What you are really looking for is trends. So if you see the weight start to go up and up overtime that would be when you start to maybe think about making some changes.
