Kaesha Matthews: Hi! My name is Kaesha Matthews, owner of X Factor which is a fitness consulting company in the Northern Virginia area. What we are going to do today is go over kickboxing for the core. We are going to go over some basic punches, kicks, the pump, Capoeira steps, the twist; finally we are going to combine all the moves into a sequence. There is some of the things that you will need in the class or a cardio kick class are a towel, bring some water you will definitely work up a good sweat, also wear some comfortable clothing. If you have any issues or concerns with your health or any injuries definitely consult with your physician before taking any type of cardial kick or aerobics class.
Before we begin let me tell you a little bit about myself, I am actually Assistant Analyst during the day and I teach aerobics classes in the evening. I have been teaching aerobics for about three years now, I am currently Zumba certified, Turbo Kick certified as well as AAAI Personal Trainer certified and AFA Group Fitness certified. I have developed the company named X Factor and we currently have 8 sub-contractors that teach various aerobics format including Zumba and Turbo Kick throughout Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax. Now that you know a little bit about me lets go ahead and jump into some kickboxing moves for the core.
