    Donna Wilkinson is a Professional Football Player, successful Entrepreneur and a Leading Edge Wellness Consultant. Known as “The Animal,” Donna has been a dominant force on the D.C. Posey” Award - professional athlete of the year - also awarded to Jeremiah Trotter, Lavernues Coles, Todd Heap and Ed Reed. Donna engages in earning multiple streams of income.     Donna Wilkinson: Now, that we have loosened up the body a little bit, we are going to go and do one of my favorite stretches. I call this the worlds greatest stretch or elbow in step. Now, what you want to do is you are going to take a really big step out; you try to bring the same elbow to the same ankle. Its going to look something like this. Giant step, elbow comes down, back leg stays as straight as possible, you can balance on your other hand, stretch it down, feel that stretch through the front of the quad, through the hips. Then get a step all the way forward through it. Opposite same elbow, same foot, stretch it in, you should feel a real deep stretch in your hips. You want to make sure you dont push out over your toes, so you got to get big enough step that you have a 90 degree angle coming down with your leg here.

    Nice stretch, keep that back knee off the ground. Really feel this in your hips. Definitely my favorite stretch, squeeze down really sit into it. Good, now you should be feeling it by now.
