For the chocolate cherry smoothie put 6 ounces of milk into a blender with cup frozen cherries, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 4 drops of vanilla cream liquid stevia, 4 drops of chocolate liquid stevia and about a cup of ice and blend until smooth. You can put this into a travel mug and enjoy in your commute.
For the orange cream smoothie put 6 ounces of milk into a blender with cup fresh peeled orange slices, 4 ounces of vanilla yogurt, 4 drops of vanilla cream liquid stevia, 4 drops of Valencia Orange Liquid Stevia and about a cup of ice and blend until smooth.
For adding protein you can mix in a protein powder supplement to either of these smoothie recipes. These quick and easy breakfast recipes are less than 300 calories and it will fuel you up for a great day.
