    net. Today, I'm going to show you how to make spicy tortillas with wild blueberries. Wild blueberries are the perfect way to pack a powerful and nutritious punch in your diet.     First heat half of the tablespoon of canola oil over medium high heat in a large non-stick skillet. Then fry four small flour tortillas on both sides until they are golden and then set them aside.

    Next, return the skillet to medium heat and add another half tablespoon of canola oil. Cook two cored and thinly sliced apples and one red chilly pepper that's been seeded and chopped for about four minutes in the skillet or until they begin to soften.

    Then add four teaspoons of packed brown sugar and salt and stir to combine. Next, add one and a quarter cups of wild blueberries and stir them in this skillet until they are cooked through.

    These berries have an intense sweet and tangy taste that the larger cultivated blueberries just can't match, making them perfect for a dish like this. Divide the mixture among the tortillas and top them with two ounces of goat cheese.
