Chris Bullock: Hi! My name is Chris Bullock, Expert Crappie Guide here on beautiful Kerr Lake. Today I will give you some tips for easy summer time crappie trip. In the summer if you have a boat plan your main channel bridges these will have pilings that extend all the way out to the main channel. Always start with the pilings closest to the bank and then work your way out through deeper once. Once you've found these bridges your slip bobbers and minnows. If there is more than one person in the boat set your bobbers at different depths. Everyone should try different depths until the most productive depth has been established.

If you don't have a boat, look around and find some bridges that do allow fishing from the bridge. And those are some tips for easy summer crappie trip.
