Bob kiebler: Hi! I am Bob Kiebler, chef at Morton's Steakhouse. We are doing Tuna today and we are doing some really great sauces that go with the Tuna. Up next we have the Thai Cream Sauce. Now that is really a simple easy sauce to make. What we are going to do is we are going to use a little ranch dressing one cup, this can be the ranch dressing that you buy in the store, one cup of that. And we are going to use a tablespoon of Thai chilly paste that really gives it the Thai flavor. Blend them together, you can find this chilly sauce in the Asian, most super markets or any Thai or Asian specialty store. As you can see the -- now this really goes well with the Tuna burgers and the Tuna tartar. This you want to refrigerate. Coming up next we are going to make some wasabi powder which really goes great with grilled tuna.
