Stephanie Simek: Hi! I am Stephanie Simek with the National Watermelon Promotion Board. I am willing to show you how to make some easy quick recipes, for kids, using watermelon. First off, we have watermelon dippers. We simply cut some watermelon rectangles then you mix up eight ounces of sour cream, four tablespoons of sugar substitute and a teaspoon of vanilla and it makes a great dip during any time of the day.
Secondly, we've got my favorite frosted watermelon cutouts. Take your slab of watermelon, your favorite cookie cutters. Now we frost it with our favorite yogurt and, sprinkles, vanilla, chocolate chips and thing will do.
Those are just a few ideas for some healthy watermelon snacks for your kids.
