Host: What about medical identification?
Kathy Reily: Generally, it is recommended if you take medication for your diabetes that you have some form of medical identification. It can be a bracelet, it can be a necklace. There are many different forms available now. Sometimes you can get a small attachment for your watchband. There are items that you can put on your shoe laces but we recommend that you actually wear this identification so that if you need some type of assistance and you were not able to tell anyone that you had diabetes, somebody would see the identification and check your blood sugar.
