But I too need to practice moderation with the amount of sugar and cream that I put in my coffee because they also add calories to my diet. If you are enjoy drinking lattes these drinks are made with milk. The good news is you are getting more calcium in your diet but you are often getting more calories. You may want to consider making your latte with skimmed milk and using a low calorie sweetener. So a coffee can certainly be a part of a weight loss diet. you just need to be aware that some of things that you add into your coffee can also add in calories.
