Elizabeth Rahavi: Hi, my name is Elizabeth Rahavi, and I work at the International Food Information Council Foundation in Washington DC. We've been talking all about how you can eat more than you think and lose weight and now we're going to talk about how physical activity fits in.
Host: What constitutes physical activity?
Elizabeth Rahavi: Well, the good news is a lot of things constitute physical activities. In fact, many of the tours that you're already doing count as physical activity, including walking the dog, gardening and cleaning up around the house as long as you're cleaning vigorously.
Beyond just that, you can also start walking, biking, running, even swimming, all of these things count towards your physical activity.
