Host: What do I do if Im already active, but I am getting bored?
Sarah Alligood: If you are getting bored with your physical activity, there is a lot of things you can do to change it up a little bit, make it a little bit more fun. One example would be to include a friend with your workout. If you usually do it by yourself, ask your friend to come with you so you so will have someone to talk to and maybe even do something like sports, so that you just feel like you are having a good time. You could change up the time of the day when you work out, you can do it in the afternoon if you are used to doing it in the morning maybe including music; that might be able to help. Also, its important to keep in mind that even though you might not be getting bored your body might be getting bored and its important to give your body a challenge. So if you are used to running on the treadmill and you usually do the same pace with the same interval everyday, switch it up a little bit and give your body a challenge, that way you will never get bored with your routine.
