Host: What do I do if I am too tired to workout afterwards?
Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: In my weight management practice, everybody, I have to treat everybody differently because everybody does have really different schedules in life. Some people could never imagine getting up before their day begins and exercising. Some people, it's one of the best things that they could ever do for themselves. Many of us are just plain too tired both mentally and physically to workout after work.
Couple of ideas that we can put into practice, I use to teach early morning group fitness classes, none of my participants nor myself were leaping for joy when the alarm went off. However, once we got there and we were almost each other's buddy system, we really were motivated to see each other in the morning and get that workout did before our day began. We also found that we had more energy as well. If working out in the morning is not your thing, working out in the evening could be an option and it can actually give you more energy. If you just plain don't have time, breaking it up into 10 minute intervals throughout your day at least three of those to equal 30 minutes, could actually be the way for you.
