Host: What effect does binge drinking have on body and appetite?
Tracee Yablon-Brenner: Binge drinking, you content to drink a lot and you re not really hungry. So, you re not getting nourishment from doing that. It s not really good for your liver and your brain cells and then at other times you might be really hungry and you tend to go in and just eat and not think about the portion size or what you are eating and if you are eating nourishing whole grains, green leafy vegetables, root vegetables, fruit. So, there can be a lot of negative effects to binge drinking.
