Host: What exactly do dietitians mean when they say 'small steps'?
Elizabeth Rahavi: When dietitians says small steps, they mean just that. There are the small steps that you can make today that can set you on a road to better health and in this case weight loss. Some of the examples of small steps include switching out of four-calorie beverage for one with either few or no calories. It could also mean taking the stairs instead of the elevator to get your office or work.
