Speaker: What is stress?
Gwendolyn Francavillo: There are two different components of stress. There is eustress, which is good stress and distress, which is bad stress. Examples of eustress might be starting a new relationship, getting a new job, getting married, moving to a new place. Distress might be breaking up or getting divorce, losing a job or financial issue.
