Host: What should I consider before beginning a diet for weight loss? Tracee Yablon-Brenner: You really have to have the mindset that you want to change your eating habit, that s key. It's really a life style change and wanting to try new fruits and vegetables and beans and herbs in your diet and don t get discouraged, it might take a few time before you really decide you like the food because you have to change your taste buds and the first time you tried something new, you might not necessarily like it but you have to go ahead and try it again and encourage your children also to try new things and you can't always judge it by the first taste.
