Host: Why should I bother setting another resolution that I won t stick with?

Gary Ryan Blair: One of the questions you may want to ask yourself is why should I bother setting another resolution if I already quit on a previous one? And the reality is you need to, you really need to entertain that question. A couple of things; number one, if you lose in life, the most important thing is never lose a lesson. So, if you quit, you ve got to take the time and dissect it and ask yourself why . Why did I, why was I weak, why did I not follow it through examining? Until you and unless you have a thorough examination and you have come to grips with the consequences of your behavior and realize that this is going to repeat itself unless I change my strategy, don t even bother; but if you do come to grips with it and you see the error of your own ways then apply those new lessons; but always remember in life, if you lose, don t lose the lesson; if you lose, don t lose the lesson; apply it and be more productive.
