Host: Will my child be required to attend an in person interview?
Andrew Battaile: Often private schools do require for your son or your daughter to come into the admissions office and speak directly with an admissions officer. Not always for instance at Gonzaga we dont require this and it depends on the application process. At Gonzaga we have three applications for every spot and it is just not physically possible to that many interviews. But other schools if it is not as competitive or if they have fewer applicants they will require interviews and your son or your daughter should expect to come in and make a good first impression.
